Nerita joined our staff in May of 2008 and is now the Assistant Office Manager. She started her career in the Chiropractic field while still in high school. "Although I have worked in different fields over the years, it's the pull of natural health and the opportunity to help others that brought me back to Chiropractic and Dr. Semlow's office."
Nerita shares a home with her husband Dick, and their dog, Wrigley. Her hobbies include cooking and baking. Nerita and her husband also enjoy camping, fishing, exploring the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and spending time with her daughter Chelsey.
I always knew I wanted to be a part of something where I could help people. Working at Semlow Chiropractic, I experience that every day. With 25+ years as an elementary teacher, I decided to challenge myself with something new and different. Whether it is working with young children or adults, I am able to see the difference that chiropractic care makes. It is rewarding to help patients feel better and stay healthy.
I was born and raised in Muskegon. I am married to Todd and have two teenage sons-Chase and Alex, and a new puppy-Sadie.
